4. Can I participate in this event if I have already claimed a Pencils Soul NFT?

The same address can only claim once and cannot claim repeatedly.

5. When claiming the NFT, you may see the message "Not eligible"?

Users need to complete the ZK verification options listed on the event page during the event period to be eligible to receive the SOUL NFT. The SOUL NFT airdrop event is not applicable to addresses that have completed zk verification.
